can I take Wellbutrin, Alprazolam and Fioricet at the same time?
Or if not all at the same time, I usually take the Wellbutrin every A.M., the Alprazolam when needed for anxiety and the Fioricet as needed. Is this safe?

Yes that’s perfectly fine. In the future, call a pharmacist and ask. They are a wonderful resource for free information like this.

Have you not talked to your psychiatrist and your general physician about this? They always ask you what current medications you are on and you should have discussed this with them. Also, go see a pharmacist to make sure. There are definitely negative interactions between the Wellbutrin and the other 2.
Alprazolam and Fioricet are sedatives and when used with Wellbutrin may cause seizures. Wellbutrin may antagonize the central pharmacologic effects of Alprazolam, and Fioricet may also decrease the plasma concentrations and pharmacologic effects of Wellbutrin.
So make sure to talk to your psychiatrist, and general physician, and pharmacist – and get all the facts from them.
You definitely can’t take the Alprazolam and Fioricet at the same time as Wellbutrin, you’re going to have to take them before you go to bed.
I am on Wellbutrin with Klonopin (an anti-anxiety medication also, and a sedative). And I have to take the Klonopin at night for the same reasons. Definitely can’t take them at the same time.
